Sponsor and Exhibitor Levels
TTAT 2026 takes place November 11–13, 2026, anchored at our East Austin conference hub, 900 Springdale Road. Below are the sponsor and exhibitor levels for the 2026 TTAT Conference. In addition to the opportunities listed below, sponsorships are also available for receptions, mobile workshops, group lunches, special activities, and group dinners.

Exhibits are set up outdoor, fair-style, at the conference hub, in rows of 10’x10’ and 10’x20’ tent spaces. Exhibitors may display product throughout the conference day and secure their items on-site overnight. Sponsor registrations (Bronze level and above) include all conference meals along with access to all presentations and workshops. A dedicated evening reception and coffee breaks will take place in the exhibit area to facilitate exposure and networking.

Exhibitor – Space Only
Exhibitor fees cover space only, tents are extra; conference registration, meals, and other sponsor perks are included.
Your Exhibit Space Includes:
- Space: Choice of 10’x10’ or 10’x20’ tent space, set up outdoor, fair-style, at the conference hub, 900 Springdale Road.
Display Hours: Display your product throughout the conference day; secure your items on-site overnight.
On-Site Access: Select meals and receptions take place at the hub during exhibit hours.
Tents: Bring your own branded tent at no additional charge, or rent one an unbranded from us for $300/tent. Tent weights are required and available to rent for $80.
